Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten Registration

Children who will be four years of age before September 1, 2025	Children who will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2025.

  • Bring to the BCE Office (open 7:30 - 4 pm)

1. 1. * Child's Proof of age (ie. registered birth certificate or current passport)
   2. * Child's completed immunization records (Must be current according to California State requirements)
      POLIO: Four doses
      DPT/D: Five doses
      MMR: Two doses
      Hep B: Three doses
      VARICELLA (Chickenpox): Two doses
   3. * Proof of physical examination (if entering TK, Kindergarten, or First grade)
   4. * Proof of Oral Health Exam (if entering, Kindergarten, or First grade)
   5. * Proof of address (ie. current PG&E, telephone, or other utility bills, rental/mortgage letter)
   6.  Name and address of the previous school (if transferring from another school)
   7. Copies of any previous Special Education plans, test scores from the last school
