The Site Council's purpose is to monitor the use of Title 1 and other supplemental funding available to the school. The Site Council helps to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and to revise the annual Site Plan. The council consists of BCE's principal, four teacher representatives, one classified representative, six parent representatives, and one or more alternate parent representatives. School staff members serve one year terms and parent members serve two year terms. Members are elected by their peers. Parent member elections are held at the beginning of the school year. Meetings are open to the public although only elected members can vote on issues.
