Buzzers are sounding and light bulbs are shining as the science instructor encourages students to become effective investigators. Hands-on lessons are centered around the scientific process of hypothesis, experimentation, and conclusion. Physical, Life, and Earth sciences are taught explicitly and are embedded in the curriculum using the State Standards. Fourth and fifth grade students receive instruction two to three days a week in the science lab.  |
